With new regulations coming, the best way forward for new building is with Steel Galvanized runs this is the way of the future to keep ahead of the regulations.

 Anyone building a new cattery should give this very serious consideration.

All Galvanized Runs, Roof and Safety Passage,

Standard Run size: 4ft x 6ft x 6ft,

To make up a run you will require,

Two sides (4 panels), one door, and 2 roof panel,

 plus panels for the safety passage.

One Galvanized panel 6ft x 3ft:  £98.00 per panel.

 7 Galvanized panels to make up one 6ft x 4ft run = £689

 3 Galvanized panels to make up one roof = £294

Fiberglass roof with gutters and down pipes ect:

£450.00, per chalet

"NEW"    Have you considered Leasing

Leasing as an alternative to purchasing chalets allows you to maximize working capital and at the same time offset all money paid in rent against taxable profits each year,  instead of purchasing and having this set against capital allowances.

 

For just £16.00 a week for a 2 Cat Chalet, Heaters Galvanized runs and Fiberglass roof  fully fitted and working. That is £2.28 per day per chalet!!!!!

 

 If you charge £7.50 per day per cat. Each chalet takes 2 cats You would gross £150 per day on ten chalets, this could amount to £1050.00 a week.

 With a rental cost of just £160 per week for a 10 Chalet cattery and able to

  offset this against taxable profits this is a very attractive proposition.

 

Terms for renting are

1: Units of 1 Chalet or above (full height or pent house), Chalets Standard Colour.

 All runs and safety passage steel galvanized.

 

2: Installation onto a pre-prepared concrete base would be charged at £420.00 per chalet

     Transport would be worked out individually on a mileage basis in the UK only.       

 

3: Three Months,  Rent in advance charged  at £16.00 per  Chalet, per week.

     All above charges Payable with Order.

 

5: Payment for the rental by Standing Order every week following the week of completion

 

6: First Contract for 7 years, there after options to renew annually.

 Alternatively option to purchase outright after first rental period can be discussed.

 

7:  2 Trade references required.

 

7: You must own the land that the cattery is installed on

 

8: The cattery shall remain the property of the leasing company at all times

 

 9: If the payments are not kept up, the leasing company reserves the right to dismantle  the cattery and remove it from the site.  All costs of which to be borne by lessee

 

10: Over the leasing period

  The cattery shall be expected to be kept in good condition at all times,

  Any failure due to manufacture will be put right free of charge,

  Any failure due to anything other than normal wear and tear,  will be paid for by the lessee.
